APPROVAL OF DELETION FOR DEMOLITION OF SPECIFIED PORTABLES AT VARIOUS CAMPUSES
Description
The Long Range Planning Department has determined that these relocatable classrooms are no longer needed by the district. The specified portables recommended for deletion have been inspected by Facilities Services and Construction Services staff and are deemed to no longer be economical to maintain or renovate. Funds for demolition are available in the capital projects account. These portables are currently being utilized for various purposes as outlined on the enclosure.
Recommendation
That the deletion of specified portables at various campuses - which are listed herein - Alta Vista: 99-081, 99-331, 99-467, 99-496, 99-519, 99-553; Ashton: 99-273, 99-358, 99-425, 99-508, 99-509, 99-510, 99-511, 99-543; Booker Middle: 99-043; Glenallen: 99-060, 99-087, 99-344, 99-376, 99-411, 99-468, 99-483, 99-574, Heron Creek: 99-136, 99-363, 99-420, 99-446, 99-480, 99-517; McIntosh: 99-522; Taylor Ranch: 99-285, 99-415, 99-417, 99-470 from the F.I.S.H. inventory for demolition be approved as presented.
